Delivery/Postage and packaging charges
Julienne Dancewear retain a large stock of all the items appearing on our website and we aim to deliver all parcels within 1-5 working days. Parcels are despatched on day of notification and are sent by Royal Mail. Items under the value of £30.00 are despatched by Royal Mail standard delivery service and all other parcels are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery service. It is therefore necessary for these parcels to be signed for on receipt. If you are not at home during normal delivery service, you may want to give us an alternative shipping address where someone can sign for the goods. Please call us if you require a special next day delivery service (these orders must be made before 1:00pm) which we can arrange over the phone on Tel: 0208 777-3750 an additional postage and packaging charge of £3.00.

Returns & exchanges
All returns must be sent within 28 working days to: Julienne Dancewear Ltd, 820 Wickham Road, Shirley, Croydon CR0 8EB for an exchange or a refund. Alternatively, you can exchange or refund goods at one of our shops at Julienne Dancewear Ltd, 820 Wickham Road, Shirley, Croydon CR0 8EB or at Julienne Dancewear Ltd, 163 Beckenham High Street, Beckenham, Kent BR3 1AE (shop locations and maps on website) on production of a valid receipt. In all cases postage and packaging on these goods is non-refundable.
Returns must be sent postage paid. We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid return parcels. Returns must be sent in a new resaleable condition in the original packaging and with tags and labels still attached.
This does not affect your statuory rights.
All exchanges (apart from exchange/refunds at one of our shops) will be subject to further postage and packaging charge plus a handling fee of £2.00. All refunds will be given if goods are in a perfect, resaleable condition with tags still intacts. However, postage is non-refundable in any circumstance. We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible.
Back orders
Every effort is made to dispatch your order complete. However, very occassionally we may temporarily be out of an item you ordered, and we therefore reserve the right to cancel your order or replace it with an alternative product unless otherwise instructed. However, we will endevour to inform you if this is the case.
